Christine tells the story of how they came to play at Ankida… it’s too good not to share!

“These two gentlemen happened to visit us separately as guests over the summer. In talking with them, I discovered that they were both musicians. One played clarinet and the other guitar. I introduced them to one an other, and they instantly began talking another language! 🙂  Naturally, I asked if they wanted to play a little! They said yes!

They went out to their cars, brought in their instruments, and started playing together as though they’d been rehearsing for years. It was completely spontaneous, and they sounded terrific. It was so much fun!

So, of course, I asked if they’d like to come back and play a gig. We found a date that worked, and they’re booked!”
